  • Nutrition Coaching is an in depth service guiding you to accomplishing the goals you desire through strategic steps that will be organized through our efforts. With elaborate planning and realistic steps, the changes you seek will be life changing and not temporary.

VIRTUAL TRAINING SERVICE -1 HOUR

  • Now more than ever, virtual personal training has become a popular and convenient way to stay in shape, obtain your goals all within the comfort of your home. Receive the same training focus and attention to details using your computer, tablet or phone to interact. With this service I will provide you with the necessary tools sent to your home at no charge.

EQUIPMENT WORKSHOPS

  • Do you live in an apartment/condo with a big gym and not sure how to use all of the equipment? Schab Fitness has done equipment workshops for the last 3 years, solving that very issue. Learn how to use each piece of equipment properly and safely to get the most out of your workouts. You will learn how to set yourself up for an exercise and how to modify if needed to maximize the effectiveness.

What can I expect from the consultation?

The meeting is a way for us to converse and see what your goals and expectations are from my service. I want us to be comfortable and on the same page prior to starting the training continuum. We will go over your health history and any questions you might have.

What is unique about Schab Fitness’s approach to each client?

Schab Fitness assesses an individual to understand how one operates. Every BODY is unique and has their own available range of motion which is governed by the muscles and that is controlled by the Central Nervous System. When it comes to Resistance Training, not only are we attempting to improve muscular strength and add more muscle. but also to enhance the communication of the Central Nervous System with the muscular system.

How will isometrics benefit towards my goals?

Isometric exercises are static resisted positions (like a plank pose). Strengthening a position can improve qualitative motion around a joint but also improve the endurance of how long those muscles can contract. An example of this is your spine. It is creating isometric tension to keep you upright whether seated at your desk or standing for a length of time. “Bad Posture” which is usually comprised of forward shoulders and back slouched. A combination of a habitual decision and possible poor isometric strength. Isometric exercises can improve your postural strength along with its endurance to hold positions.
